The form will remain open until June 16th, at which time we will assess our remaining table capacity and either close the form to begin our number-crunching or keep it open to continue collecting requests. 

Filling out the form will register a request for a table(s) at VCF Midwest 21.  Being early to the form will not enhance your chances of getting a table, or getting the number of tables you request!

Due to rising costs, the minimum donation for each exhibitor table is now $100.
