Table requests are closed!

At this time, we have more requests than have tables. We are crunching our numbers and trying to fit everyone in. You will hear from us soon with:

  • An invoice - this means your table request was accepted as-is and we would like you to pay for the reservation. Once paid, you are locked in!
  • An email asking you to reevalutate your space needs so that we can fit in as many exhibits as possible.
  • An email letting you know that you are on the standby list for a table(s) and a request to let us know whether you are still interested in tabling with us.

    NOTE: WHILE COMMUNICATION EMAILS MAY COME FROM SHOW STAFF (Silent700, et al), INVOICE EMAILS WILL ONLY COME FROM: CCC email
