As it has been for the past 18 years, VCFMW does not charge for attendance. Unfortunately, our recent growth comes with greatly increased operating costs, so we are asking the show's participants to contribute to help cover the cost of table rental (new this year) and power services from the venue (also new this year.) The cost of a single 8'x30" table for the weekend (from Friday load-in to show close on Sunday) is $50. Requests for more than three tables will be reviewed by the VCFMW staff and may incur an extra charge. Select "More" on the sign-up form to make this request. The table registration process will work like this: • You fill out the form • Vigilant VCFMW staff notice that you filled out the form • After reviewing your request, our data transformation experts will execute a copy and paste maneuver, causing your request to appear on our planning spreadsheet • Some time thereafter, you will receive an invoice from Chicago Classic Computing for $50 x (the number of tables you requested) • Only after that invoice is paid is your registration complete Refer to the (work in progress) Tabling Information and FAQ page for more info!
